Maybe. From the people I see smoking at Doggie Doo Run Run, on occasion, the smoke has an appearance which is distinctive to regular cigarettes. From the E-cigarettes on YouTube I have seen smoked, there is quite a larger amount of smoke (vapor) created.
The man seated in front of me also seemed to be quite concerned about who was around him. He took a risk lighting up in other words.

I do not believe a movie theater would be considered a private venue not protected by the FL Health and Safety Laws. I have never see anyone smoking in any other theater while I lived in Florida. That's since 1996 or so. I rarely go to movies other than in the afternoon so I am not aware of what audiences in the evening and midnight showings would be like. I do not remember any no smoking signs at the Villages' movie theaters but cannot say I ever really searched for them.
