Could someone please develop a " Decision Tree " to help many like me better follow and understand the original OP`s issue / message ?
If one has paid for a seat to enjoy an experience in a public exhibition space and another patron is causing concern or distress and most likely breaking a "house rule " or perhaps a Public Ordinance the response is simple : Locate a responsible party from Management and point out the issue and / or change seats .
How could such a decision process be that difficult ?
