For almost every home in our neighborhood that has sold recently, the residents have bought elsewhere in The Villages. Reasons include loss of spouse, a new marriage (he met her in the neighborhood and they bought another new home together), upsizing, and downsizing. Most of those who lost a spouse moved into villas.
