the answer is: pool monitors
our neighborhood pool has visitors from Wildwood, and have made it clear, they don't live in The Villages, (this is just the beginning) As residents we have no authority to say, "leave".
Even if they are the only people in the pool, they don't belong. The recreation dept. should be hiring and training more pool monitors. Everyone out of the pool to have their ID checked.
