This is an effort to bring this back to the top of the threads because I agree with the OP that it is a very informative video. I recently did this (cut sugar and flour from my diet) and aside from losing a LOT of weight, my blood test results have never been better - even in my 20's! I feel much better - less inflammatory problems - and have TONS more energy. If you're interested in improving your health, take the time to watch this documentary.
