Default Re: Is mold a problem at TV?

tb,

Although I'm not down there yet, my parents lived in Clermont just south of TV for 20 years. To minimize mold you leave the AC or Heat on. Also there's a device that's called a humidistat that controls the amount of humidity in your house. Pressure washing occasionally or just a garden hose with detergent and soft brush will remove the yucky green stuff that collects on the exterior. Don't worry there's plenty of people that are more than willing to take your money. I'd check with neighbors for references. I'm sure others on here may enlighten you also seeing as how I'm a wannabe instead of a has been. That doesn't sound right. :
