Funny. I will do it the end of the case if I actually get picked. The judge's outlining of the case often will tell me what the case is about and then a close scrutiny of the body language of the judge, lawyers, and especially the defendant/plaintiff tells me other stuff.
I have been on an actual complicated case as a Student Attorney with Legal Assistance to Minnesota Prisoners. I am not allowed still to really talk about any case that connects me in some way with a former client. At least, that's my understanding of the law. I could be wrong.
