Default I just sent an e-mail to the Sumter County Court Clerk's Office

Gypsy Hill Murders - Overview

I just sent an e-mail to the Sumter County Clerk's Office. I do want to serve on a jury but I do not want to blindside the court nor upset a bunch of potential jurors.

This e-mail was about my experiences with the Michelle Mitchell murder investigation. None really as the murder occurred on my birthday on 2-24 in 1976 and that certainly gave me an alibi. And I, unlike some of the other students of Mrs. Barbara Mitchell never knew Michelle Mitchell. They never questioned me about anything but they did question some of the other students.

A policeman came to the Earl Wooster High School and spoke at various classes. Mainly I just remember him admonishing us against how Hollywood and others glorify criminals like Bonnie and Clyde, Jesse James, Jack the Ripper, etc. and forgetting victims. He also talked about other famous murders in Northern Nevada like the April 5, 1963 killing by Thomas Lee Bean of an Olympic female skier Sonja McCaskie who had been at Squaw Valley Olympics in 1960. http://archive.rgj.com/article/20130...no-still-shock http://www.historicalcrimedetective....e-thomas-bean/

I had not realized that Thomas L. Bean was a student at Earl Wooster High School. We do have other famous alumni in addition to this infamous one. Like Patty Sheehan and Greg LeMond.
