Yes, I probably have, without realizing it at the time.......
I just happen to enjoy Indian cuisine which is rich in many fragrant spices. Not the "same old, same old" that's for sure.
Modern medicine is discovering that there just might be natural cures in simple spices.
All of the Mediterranean area spices are also medicinal in their own right.....not just Indian spices.....
I have used "ginger tea" to help put an end to vertigo coming from middle ear. It works like a charm........very quickly.

A natural cure that I have found works very well is black cherry juice...Especially good for arthritis pain and inflammation.......I get mine from amazon.com Lakewood Pure Black Cherry Juice, 32 oz. bottles pk of 6; Two glasses a day definitely helps, especially during the winter cold temps.
