We have made two short visit to TV and both times we met people who gave us their calling card and invited us to stay at their house if we needed. We appreciated the gesture but would never consider doing such.

It seems people in TV are very friendly, but not so much on TOTV. At least not to me anyway. I have tried to connect with you many times and I'm done now. I consider it your loss in that you will not get the chance to meet us. We are great people who make friends easily. We will be just fine.

My husband advised for me not to start this thread. Instead, he suggested when I get there to rely upon neighbors to ask questions. I should have heeded his words and not posted and ended up feeling like a fool for asking.

Tippy I hope you reconsider revisiting TOTV. I originally read your post and thought I could help, but I don't know my way around the Collier area. Then I saw that Kathy had offered and that she would be showing you around so that the problem was solved. TOTVers are a bunch of good people and willing to help. The other day I posted I was looking for a small computer desk. I must have received 6 private messages telling me where to find one. I think we all just thought Kathy would be showing you around and you no longer needed our help. P.S. I would try finding my way around in the car first before I would venture out in the golf cart. That way you can get your bearings.
