Tal: Plaintiff attorneys here are salivating over this event. You know the dog owner and restaurant are getting sued. You know the worker compensation people want their money back on the WC claim. You know the claims are going to be both physical and psychological i doubt the first bite free is going to apply here?
With enough notoriety many restaurant are going to re-think this issue
I also would like to know the history concerning this dog??????
I also wonder if the dog was sitting at the table with the rest of the family
