I think of the villages themselves as being more like city blocks. Some blocks are friendlier than others. Otherwise, they're all pretty much the same.
Summerhill is a very nice area close to 466, Publix and Wal-Mart. Lots of restaurants in that local. Summerhill has a very nice pool. Folks are pretty friendly at it. You're close to Laurel Manor Rec Center, as well as the rec centers near the high school. So, you'll be pretty close to many activities. Nice location, nice folks live there, but it is a quieter neighborhood.
Make sure your homeowners turn in their ID cards so you can get a resident ID card for $50.00 (sometimes included in your rental fee, sometimes not). That ID card entitles you to entry to all the clubs, rec centers, swimming pools, etc.
