On the multimodal roads, I regularly come across golf carts doing 30 mph, that I cannot pass without going over the speed limit, interesting...........Also, I have seen about 5% of the golf cart drivers taking short cuts where they make a left before the normal posted left. This places the golf cart in the opposing lane of traffic for an extended period of time, and since this is just at a village entrance, the automobile drive has very limited view and is accelerating. I am sure I will be dialing 911 one of these days to report the accident.
