Johng...don't know about the Italian bakery, but, for a good German bakery there is Yalaha Bakery....

They also have an outpost in the "Orange Barn" on 441, just south of the Villages on the left hand side as you head south. Lots of fresh baked bread (get there early for best selection) and some pastries.
