REALLY??? I use a cane, which I need to steady myself when walking. I was parked in the 4th spot, very close to the handicapped spaces. I passed 6 going to the store. When driving around, I passed 3 more. How dare you question my need??? Clearly, having a handicapped spot would have helped me, and I have a permit to park in one. The golf carts had NO permits, and that's what I questioned. Why would someone without a permit have the right to park in a handicapped spot?? That's what my post was about, not whether or not I was qualified to use a handicapped spot with my permit. Really, what nerve you have.
