And if he did want you to switch, what reason did he give you. She is a board certified pulmonologist and I believe her credentials are outstanding. I seem to remember her diploma said Yale medical school. Also, when you left dr. Upadya, what was the reason you gave her. And lastly, why don't you just find another doctor. They run their own businesses and are under no obligation to take you as a patient, especially after you "fired" her. I don't think we are hearing the entire story here.

Dr. Upadya is my Pulmonologist and I find her to be an excellent doctor. Did you ask your PCP why? I would go back to my PCP to find the reasoning for his request.
