Can you take a Golf Cart along 466 for shopping, restaurants etc. I know you can't take it on the road but are there golf cart trails along the sides? I took my car up there when I was at TV in December, and I saw some carts in the parking lots, but I didn't notice any golf cart lanes and wondered how they got to the parking lots?
