Default Water Softener installed by local plumber??
I checked with the water department and we have "relatively hard water": 8.4 Grains per Gallon. I have heard the water softener pitches - pretty high prices systems. I am thinking of going with a Water Boss water softener (bought locally or mailorder) installed by one of the plumbers around here. Has anyone gone this route and who did you like for doing the installation? Thanks.
