Default Re: partial knee replacement

Unlike many of their success stories, my wife went there in 2005 for a partial knee resurfacing and left on their van the next day in a great deal of pain which lasted for more than a week. Less than 2 years later she had to have a total knee replacement because the partial resurfacing did not hold up. In retrospect she would not do it again. Have spoken to a few orthopaedic surgeons about the group mentioned and their comment usually is they do a great marketing job, but many of their patients find additional surgery is frequently needed within a few years.

Suggest you get second opinion from other Village area orthopaedic surgeons before you decide to set up surgery at Largo Memorial Hospital.

If it sounds too good to be true............
