I had Bio Identicals. I got estrogen pellets inserted. I was given Progesterone and after reading the adverse reactions decided not to take them. I am a nurse and should have known better. Turns out, I started bleeding almost a year later. It was Uterine Hyperplasia. I ended up having to have complete hysterectomy. I cant blame the Dr, because she did want me to take the Progesterone. You see, it is extremely important to take the Progesterone, because if you don't, the lining of the uterus just keeps building. If I would have ignored the bleeding, I probably would have ended up with uterine cancer. I would recommend using the cream type estrogen/progesterone.
By the way Senior citizen...LOVE your recipes! Have tried 3.
