Churchill Downs Recreation Center is about a block or so away and less than 1/2 mile either to Ashland Pool or LynnHaven Pool. It's less than 2 miles to Publix at the Southern Trace Shopping Center and less than 3 miles to the new Walmart on 466. It's about 3 miles to Lake Sumter Landing Town Square.
