Re: Golf Cart Communities
I think that "Golf Cart Communities" is a relative thing. Arlington Ridge is in Leesburg and has a small town square plus a golf course and clubhouse, and conceptually it is a golf cart community, however nothing on the scale of The Villages, where you can also go grocery shopping, restauranting, banking, etc. in the cart. That's the key difference as I see it.
There are MANY communities in FL with a golf course/clubhouse that you can golf cart to.
