.....or until one of your neighbors turn you in if over 30 days. That's just the way it is.
Sadly know of a couple who lost their daughter and her husband and were given custody of their grandchild. They had to move out of the Villages because the children were under 19.
Some neighbors are the type who "see" everything and call neighborhood watch who in turn will report to the developer, etc.
In any event, visits are fine but long term living is just not allowed.
