Let's see if I understand this. If you are arrested for DUI, it is OK to post your name and photo. If you are arrested for PSUI (public sex under the influence), it isn't... I guess that I don't quite see the problem. If you break the law (and indecent exposure and lewd public behavior is against the law), you can't expect that behavior to be ignored with a shrug and a "people will be people." By your late 60s, it is sort of expected that you have figured out that somethings simply are not done in public.
A previous arrest of one of the folks for DUI tends to make me less tolerant. Perhaps this will give the judge leverage to order treatment.
Bet if someone tried to get the squares made "clothing optional" the same folks upset by the current publicity would be upset that at the prospect of making it all legal.
