Mount the bracket to the wall with 1/4" X 3 1/4" Tapcon screws. I've done too many to count including 2 today and they aren't going anywhere.
Wiring the AC power requires a recessed low profile box. If you need a couple Tapcons or an electrical box. Come on over. I may even let you borrow my hammer drill.
