Sorry I mentioned this sink hole but it is in my back yard/neighborhood and I am concerned. If you find sink holes offensive...well you should.
I am from Kentucky originally and believe it or not I had a sink hole in my yard. It was scary but we were lucky and it did not damage our home. Lots in Ky. are large compared to here so there was room in our yard for the sink hole and our house.
Sink holes will generally not affect home prices nor should it frighten people. They are part of Florida. Please chill.

Happy to oblige but the panic and fear aren't caused by you. Sinkholes round about here just cause people to get all nervous and jerky.
We have time to think about things that we didn't use to have time to think about.
