I think the price reductions are there to close out a neighborhood or street. Some of the homes were completed and have been for sale for a long time. One of the homes that is discounted (not in Collier) has a view that my wife and I joke about. On the golf course with an unobstructed view of the golf course bathroom just behind the lanai.
YUCK!! -- But that is our opinion. Someone will come in and love the view and buy the house
