Default Shepherd's Pie
from New England:


brown hamburg, with onions if you like

put hamburg in bottom of casserole dish

cover with creamed corn

layer shredded cheese over this

and cover with mashed potatoes (as a short cut we use instant)

cook at 325 degrees for 30 minutes
