The Villages (as developer and sales enterprises), movie producers, and the movie theaters are
private enterprises.
They are not the "government" who
could one day start locking up political dissidents to stop them from producing movies, books etc. if people blindly follow their "perfect" party right into the abyss. (There are those on both sides.)
