You don't believe this guy?

Got one of these tickets yesterday 6/18/14 on Bailey Trail
Never would have guessed the policeman was waving me over to give me a ticket for going 25MPH, and/or illegally operating an unlicensed vehicle. What was ironic was that just the morning before, on the other side of the exact same road going slightly uphill (yes, they were shooting radar on a downslope), my neighbor was mocking the speed of my electric golf cart...not that it was fast, but that it was SLOW!

I was advised by the officer that I could take my cart to a "Golf Cart Shop" and have it certified for the speed, so I could certainly try that, although I did not buy it from a dealer, nor have I had it serviced by a dealer.

Does anyone have any experience to offer in fighting this silliness? If my golf cart actually went 25, I wouldn't have a problem with this, but I've been annoyed at how slow mine is compared to practically everyone else, so I just can't believe this happened.

Any advice????
