Breaking the law is breaking the law and speeding is breaking the law. Police neither make laws nor selectively decide which ones to enforce. I would rather see them writing tickets for speeding, running stop signs, lights, etc. than for us to have more REAL crime here for them to pursue. Also, as for adding to the coffers, don't think so, but even if it does that's way better than higher taxes on everyone.

Bottom line, don't break ANY laws and there won't be a problem with paying a price. By the way, all this applies to cars and carts alike.
