I'll bet that the majority of people, like me, who purchase a used cart never have it actually modified but it comes that way. I do have a speed odometer and try to keep it to 20mph but sometimes you don't look and wham you're at 24!

Russ, you are right. I think sometimes the modifications that erase the golf cart designation are not intended to increase speed, but to enhance appearance like larger wheels.
