Avista, your dog would never go on another person's property unless you ALLOWED him to do so. We are not stupid and think that the dog drags you onto the property where he has decided he will do his business whether or not you like it. Get real! If he/she runs out of time and must go, restrain him/her so that he/she does it in the street. Gee, girl, that is a no brainer. Lets stop putting the blame on the property owner who doesn't want your dog there. If you are unable to control your pet, you should not have a pet. It would appear that you never had a problem with other neighbors because they were too timid to let you know that you were doing wrong. Now you know.......
