Tater Tot Hotdish:
Put the hamburger (un cooked) on the bottom of a square casserole dish (FYI a casserole is like a hotdish that is served outside of Minnesota)
Open a can of Campbell's cream of mushroom soup (WHAT do you mean you don't have a can of Campbells cream of mushroom soup? How can you make green bean, mushroom and onion ring ?) Uffda
Spread the can of soup evenly over the hamburger.
Open (with either hand) a bag of frozen Tater Tots. Evenly layer the tots over the mushroom . Bake the tater tots per the instruction on the tater tots.
When the tots are golden brown (NO sampling) the masterpiece will be complete.
PS you may to employ additional security to defer the unplanned dinner guests.
