I have never had problems with Sonny's ribs. I only eat the lunch order - 3 ribs because I no longer can eat a half or full rack. The only time I have a problem is when I get the end of the rib and the end piece is always overdone. But that is seldom. Anyway, when I get the end I get four ribs so at least three are good eating. Very meaty.
I like them dry (as opposed to cooked in sauce) because I can avail myself of the various flavors of sauces they have.
If I have one complaint, it is that they do not carry the mustard sauce in a squirt bottle. I hate the little packages of mustard sauce.
