I really hate to agree with your post because Thumper is such a good guy, but he installed a screen door on our garage several years ago and it has NEVER worked correctly. It refuses to go up and down automatically, you have to stand with your finger on the button until it decides on it's own and in it's own good time to work, and sometimes it gets right to the garage floor and just goes back up ............... Thumper has been out several times and just cannot get it working properly. I think I will call Ryan and see if he can make it work!
