How about being happy for the other people they were treated especially good.
The complainer doesn't know how many time they frequent OG with their business, Some customer deserve to be treated better than others!! The complainer needs to get a life.
The complainer should have went to the manager, and see if this is what they consider acceptable practices by their employees. I call it, good customer relations and that customer will be going back, because they were valued.
BTW - My son warned me OG food being terrible. I had a gift card I received, so I went to OG, and he was right. Never again!!!!
