Most sleep therapists will tell you that you should do 2 things in bed: sleep and you know.


They do not recommend power beds if you are buying it for reading or watching tv etc. If you need the head raised a little for breathing issues or the feet elevated for circulatory reasons then that's good.


I know many people that are happy with their Sleep Number but I have no personal experience with one.
