About a month ago, I was at City Fire with a friend of mine for dinner. He went in and asked for a table outside, and was told it was a 20 minute wait. This confused us as they were five tables empty. He went back in an inquired again about table availability, and was told "to go have a drink at the bar and wait". How rude!!!!

He was livid. Finally we got a table at the same empty table, forty minutes later. I was very unhappy, by then.

Was at City Fire two weeks ago, and we got a table outside right away. I ordered the "flatbread meat lovers pizza" with pepperoni. Guess what, it came out with pepperoni, and was so spicy I couldn't eat it. I have never sent back a dish in my life, but more important, my system doesn't tolerate spice at all. Catherine, the waitress, apologized for the error, and let me order something else. She then offered a glass of milk to take away the burning in my mouth. The manager came over to apologize, and she offered some bread as to relieve my discomfort.

Since these two individuals understand customer service at it's finest, I took this opportunity, to explain my displeasure as our treatment a week earlier. The manager said there is only a hold of twenty minutes for a reservation to release a table if people does show at the appointed time, and we were treated rudely by the seating personnel. She then thanked me for bringing it to her attention, and said she would remedy the problem so it wouldn't happen again.

My son has always worked in 4 to 5 star hotels, where the service treats it's customers right, even when they act like horses petudes. Catherine and her manager should be commended highly, as they know how to treat a customer right.

The first manager at OG shouldn't be a manager if they don't know how to handle their staff properly, and it's treatment of customers. OG seems to not be doing well financially, and maybe this is a small part of the problem.
