In my world, "equal treatment" and "being singled out" apply to much more important things than a glass of wine. I've never known anyone who would even notice...much less complain about such a trivial issue.
Finishing off a bottle of wine (by pouring the last bit into a glass) is common practice. It is Not normal behavior to complain about that practice.

But, if this is normal practice than why would there be a fee associated with filling the glass to the top vs normal 2/3 glass????? hummmm.......
