Re: Villa heating systems: gas or electric?
Redwitch, T.H., v8h,
Thanks for the feedback. Did not feel comfortable with the idea of buying a home sight unseen, so I had the sales rep "release" the unit that had been reserved for me.
My plan was to come to TV on 11/12/07, view my new and pre-owned options, and then make my decision. Thats my plan , and I'm sticking with it!
Gas vs electric is one issue, but the more that I consideded this, it dawned on me that location, aspect to the sun, interior appointments, etc., were also considerations that needed to prudently pondered.
I've visited TV only once, that was all it took. As anxious as I may be to get moving on this new chapter of life, once that I arrive, the plan is to be there for a very long time. might as well take my time and get it right the first time.
Question..any idea of the number of units (new) available? Where could I find out? How does TV decide how many units to "release" for marketing? Two weeks ago I stayed in the Village of Carolina, and I had the opportunity to watch the contractors working on at least 20 units in just the 3 days that I was there. The pace was astounding!
Again thanks.
