Aldi's is a German company with a unique and very successful business model. All business, no warm and fuzzy. Could it be that what some see as bad attitudes is simply a reflection of very busy employees doing their jobs? Think about it. Do you ever see their employees standing around chitchatting?
They pay their employees very well and are a demanding employer. IMO it's largely a cultural thing.
AFA this particular incident, who really knows? Have you ever had a bad day or made a mistake? I don't think it rises to the level of "warning" needed. If anyone thinks there's a conspirancy afoot, don't shop there. Geez!
