I agree that no one should be discouraged from asking a question. However, anyone moving to TV already knows that in the summer the average temp is around 95 degrees during the day with humidity that is almost off the charts. Pair that together with a dog who has a pushed-in face and under the best circumstances, has a breathing problem anyway. I find it unconscionable that someone would even consider leaving this dog or any dog, outside in our summer weather, and I'm not even taking into consideration the almost daily downpours.
