THEY DO NOT SHARE ANY COMMISSIONS AND DON'T SHOW ANYTHING BUT THERE OWN LISTINGS.. THERE ARE ANOTHER 300++ IN THE MLS. THEY MAKE 3% AND THE AGENTS SLIT THE OTHER 3%
