Dark chocolate made in Europe seems to have less wax filler and more buttery rich flavor. Compare a Hershey chocolate to Tobbler or Lindt in a blind test and you will taste what I mean. Cookies are better crispy for my taste buds but if they are Choc chip soft and gooey and warm I will scarf down the whole batch in a second . Pity I am now diabetic[emoji22]
