Maybe the person that took the handicap card thought you were NOT
handicapped and out of anger took it and tossed it in the garbage.

I agree with MikeV and others . I'm on oxygen 24/7 and can hardly walk . When I see someone come out of the store with 2-3 bags of food with a sprint I wonder if that person is really handy caped.

In some states it's a felony for a doctor to sign an application for a permit knowing the person doesn't really need it.
