Not everyone can....or should be tenured. Of course we have had our jobs in danger and we have weathered financial storms. Those people who are working several jobs will succeed. That kind of industry doesn't go unnoticed or unrewarded. And they are taking care of themselves right now in the only way possible. Good for them. Lost jobs are not always due to greed.
