I have misplaced my recipe for French Toast Casserole that tasted like the most delish bread pudding you have ever tasted.

If you have a yummy brunch addition, I would be so grateful.

Breakfast French Toast Casserole

1 (16 oz)loaf French Bread (sliced 1-1.5 inches or use 2 slices together if thin)
8 large eggs
3 cups milk
1 cup sugar
3/4 tsp salt
2 tsp. vanilla extract
1/4 cup butter
Cinnamon

Butter a 9 x 13" pan. Slice bread into 1" slices and lay, side by side as closely as possible in pan. Beat together milk, sugar, eggs, salt and vanilla. Pour over bread. Refrigerate overnight, covered. The bread will soak up the liquid. In the morning, uncover and sprinkle with cinnamon, dot with butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 mines to one hour, until puffy and golden.

Let us know what you make and how it came out.
