I've often wondered if the decision to eliminate or delay the turnpike interchange at 468 was the developer's response to this project. 468 runs right to the project, and having the interchange would help with getting materials to the site more quickly and cheaply from Orlando.
Although the change from the 468 interchange to improving the 301 exit may also help the project as well, just not as much.
