A resume was submitted to me once. Under "Education" the guy had "B.S. Chemistry, Ohio State University, GPA 2.1, proud of it and graduated by the grace of God after five years and 4 part-time jobs to pay tuition." Under "Other Noteworthy Skills" he had, "Doing anything it takes to feed my wife and kids." I just HAD to interview the guy. I hired him on the spot and he never gave me an opportunity to regret it.
